Converted from a two-bedroom condo, this peaceful flat is paired down to the most simple and functional elements for clients who live a a lifestyle charged with adrenaline and motion. The primary element is a double-sided millwork storage and closet wall which serves as all storage and a separation of functions. Mechanical fabric shades provide further privacy as partitions in the space and the floor level was raised to house all mechanical, plumbing and electrical utilities.
