Prototyping Terrace by Sygnis

The Prototyping Terrace is an interactive exhibition of modern additive technologies.
Its purpose is to present in theory and practice the possibilities of 3D printing, during organized workshops, guided tours and lectures. It has an educational character, covering a wide range of manufacturing technologies.

The Prototyping Terrace showcases 3D printers and hundreds of 3D prints. The narrative guides participants through the history of 3D printing in a creative and interesting way. Sygnis presents their proprietary 3D printing technologies and portfolio of projects.
Timeline Project

The project is an interactive exhibition that showcases 3D prints in a visually captivating manner. The timeline presents the key milestones and advances in the history of 3D printing, taking viewers on an immersive journey. It aims to explain how this revolutionary technology has developed over the years, from its inception to its current state.
Glove Box "Save a life!"

We put in hands of the visitors the opportunity to take part in one of the stages
of the SLS printing process: cleaning the model freshly after printing.

For this purpose, we have placed in the space the so-called "Glove Box",
allowing to take attractive photos in a trully technological setting.

Project ERNA

In cooperation with the Warsaw Zoological Garden, we are 3D scanning the bones of the Erna elephant to make a monumental 1:1 scale 3D print based on them! As part of the exhibition, we provided a print of the elephant's foot on the Prototyping Terrace.

As part of Project Erna, we are carrying out information campaigns related to the protection of endangered animal species and the development of new technologies.
Battle Game Mockup

Wargames become even more epic when you can create all of the scenery on 3D printers. It's also possible to make your own unique, personalized figurines – all you need to do
is learn how to create 3D models... or have access to the Internet. The mockup you see here was created exclusively from elements available under a Creative Commons license.

To create the mockup, we used a range of 3D printing technologies. The figures were created with resin 3D printing technology. Scenery elements were produced by FDM
and SLS machines. Color prints, on the other hand, are something really unique
– it’s the full-color Mimaki technology, combining precision with spectacular color effects.
Recycling Bin Project

Our recycling bin is designed for collecting and recycling different types of plastic materials to create 3D printing filament. This eco-friendly solution ensures that the plastics we use
in our daily lives can be converted into a useful and sustainable resource.

The bin is divided into compartments, each dedicated to a specific type of plastic, such
as PET, HDPE, PP and PLA. It also includes information on the plastic processing
process and how to prepare plastic for recycling.

When the bin is full, the plastics are collected and put through a carefully controlled recycling process to turn them into high-quality 3D printing filament.
WINGS by Sygnis

We have created 3D printed wings measuring 2,5 meters wide and 3 meters high.
