In order to learn Maya and After Effects in more detail, my project focused on creating an animation that accurately represents the conformational changes of the HIV Spike. I was able to work closely with a lab to accurately represent their data.The conformational changes of the HIV Spike is key to understanding how the virus spreads. This project shows the conformational changes of the glycoprotein120 trimer.
