The territory of integrated development is located in the south-eastern part of the municipality of the city of Krasnodar, on the borders of Starokorsunsky.
Rural district, on the border between the village of Starokorsunskaya and the Lenin farm. The territory is limited to the south of the Kuban River, to the north of the highway.
