Anthill Idealabs
This firm will be an Ideas / Incubation firm promoting Entrepreneurship among young IT professionals, mainly working with academic institutions. The 2nd part (IdeaLabs) comes from that. The 1st part is a reflection of how ants, through hard work and persistence can build large anthills. The two words, together combine the power of thoughts, fearless experimentation (labs), hard work and persistence.
Client Want The logo to use the shape of an anthill. There is no need for ant(s) in the logo - even though it is okay if it can be aesthetically good. The ideal logo would also have the word "Anthill" as an integral part (a logo with words outside would be okay but as a last resort). One possibility is also to just have the letter "A" as an integral part of the logo (instead of the whole word). The possibility of a box around the shape+word - making it a two-color logo (with dark colors and reverse text) is also a thought. Some samples of these ideas are attached. These have multiple images, but only one in each of them is suitable.
Digital Self Defense
The idea is to enable online security for individuals/homes/small-businesses using the "self defense" concept (nimble, light, agile and moving with people) instead of being focused on large scale infrastructure (with data centers, firewalls, Security Operations Centers, etc.)
Client want a simple dark colored box with text in one small portion of the box (say, at the bottom, placed asymmetrically. But I'm open to other ideas too.
