The complex consists of three buildings: an office center, a restaurant and a retail space. Each of them is unique in its own way.
• The entrance group of the office center is the main dominant in the form of a stained-glass arch 12 meters high through which you can see the inner hall with a growing tree.
The facade is made of metal lamellae, which makes the building solid.
• Restaurant with panoramic stained glass windows has a private terrace with access to the lake and overhead light in the interior.

In order to make people feel comfortable to be in this environment, we have achieved the co-scale of architecture and man in the following way:
The large office building is floor by floor, cascading down to ground level. The upper floors are displaced into the interior of the building, this allowed to achieve a sense of lower storey.
The restaurant and shopping center buildings do not exceed 2 floors and create a private courtyard of the complex.
