Bio: Shrimp Fried Rice, Shrimp Egg Foo Yung with Gravy

I am a recent graduate from The Art Institute of Wisconsin, in the Culinary Arts program.
 
My experience of returning back to school, for a career in which I have a passion for was extremely important to me. I no longer wanted to wear the label as an high school drop out with very little education and some experience with no final certification.
 
I am so pleased with myself for all the accomplishments that I have made in just a few years. I thought it would take forever for me to complete my Associates Degree. With hard work and determination anything is possible once you set your mind to it. I am also proud to say that I was given the opportunity to work with the opening of two restaurants last year, located in the Milwaukee Area.
 
I am in search of a company where I can expand my experience and build a reputation as a foundation of becoming an Executive Chef.
