This is a school project for a brand for Candelabro, a bookshop in Rua de Cedofeita, Porto that sells old books. The aim of this project was to develop a new brand for the store, incorporating the essence of it. I decided to use the shape of a chandelier ( "Candelabro" is the portuguese word for chandelier) but instead of candles this chandelier holds books, as it is a bookshop. Here I present a color and a black and white version as well as the minimum size version, which shows the minimum size it can be shrinked to whistl remaining readable.

Este projeto foi feito em ambito escolar para a disciplina de Design Gráfico. O objetivo era desenvolver uma logomarca para a Candelabro, uma livraria alfarrabista da Rua de Cedofeita, no Porto, capturando a essencia do espaço e representando a loja de uma forma concisa e direta. Optei por utilizar a forma de um candelabro mas colocar livros entreabertos em vez de velas, para assim incorporar o nome da livraria e o produto que esta comercializa. Apresento aqui a versão a cores, a versão a preto e branco e ainda o tamanho minimo a que a logomarca pode ser sujeita de modo a permitir leitura.
