Architectural Proposal for a 4-Star Tourist Hotel in Palmarito, Located on the Shores of Lake Maracaibo - Mérida State, Tulio Febres Cordero Municipality.
In the following degree project, a hotel with contemporary architecture is proposed which will adapt to the environment and has little impact on the environment. This hotel is proposed due to the problem of the need for this architecture in natural tourist sites such as Palmarito. The hotel is located in Palmarito - Mérida State, Tulio Febres Cordero municipality and is aimed at national and international tourism. The hotel is intended to qualify as a middle-class hotel, that means four (4) stars according to Inguat. A recreational area and also a nature reserve area are proposed at the hotel.
