Surrealistic painting with elements of abstraction. It shows a face of a woman with flowing fiery hair. Her hair is a symbol of burning enthusiasm. All around her we can see blue drops of water falling, which are intended to extinguish this enthusiasm. This makes her sad.
The artwork describes a situation in which we become excited and generate too high expectations. And reality turns out to have other plans for us. :)
