Project Cape

Location: Saint Petersburg, Russia
Designers: Alexey Uljanochkin
Area: 330 m²

Leontievsky Cape residential complex

One of the most amazing projects we've been involved in. The uniqueness of the residential complex is its location – the house is located on the cape of Malaya Nevka and the Zhdanovka River. French designer Philippe Starck took part in the design of the facades and the hall.

The dominant feature of the apartment is a direct view of Petrovsky Fairway and Krestovsky Island.

In the project, we used the most modern technologies: an intelligent ventilation and air conditioning system, technological insulation and sound insulation materials, additional cleaning of the entire area with a robot vacuum cleaner, a high-class security system, unique hidden engineering systems, an independent heating system, an individual apartment elevator, seamless Internet.

We have designed a light, minimalistic interior in light, warm shades. The accent of the kitchen and living room is the fireplace, which attracts attention with its complex angular shape and bright decoration. There are panels of natural veneer and marble on the walls. There are patterned glass panels in the hallway. Minimalistic furniture from well-known Russian and European manufacturers.

Special attention was paid to lighting and lighting scenarios. In the living area there is a TV, an audio system and technological equipment hidden in the panel. The audio equipment was mounted in the ceiling. Smart mirrors with an Internet browser, news, movies and weather forecast were installed in the bathrooms.

We have created an exceptional modern interior that reflects the lifestyle and philosophy of the customers. It is pleasant to be in it, watch the sunsets, the river flow and enjoy nature.

The project took into account the wishes for comfort, technical parameters and design as much as possible.

The project was implemented in 2024.
