Training Development: Permata Bank Training Video
This is a video training development project for Permata Bank as a partner of Telexindo Bizmart. This video training is made to support the training needs for the contact center agents in Permata Bank online. This material is related to the product knowledge that needs to be understood comprehensively by all agents before performing their first task and as a periodic refeshment. In the video, Mrs. Gandis as a Trainer acts as a talent (facilitator) in the video that I developed.
In this development process, I acted as a director (making blue print) and executor (video production to editing).
