Braindrops is a continuing series of internal speaker events at Deutsch, where professionals of note from outside the advertising industry are invited to share their methods, and to help us find inspiration in places we may not have looked.
I collaborated with a team at Deutsch by making portraits for the original event posters, as well as a series of photo booths to build excitement and encourage participation from event goers at the actual events themselves.

To build excitement and buzz around our Braindrops event featuring icanhazcheeseburger's very own Ben Huh, we created the Brainshower - a real-time 3d stereoscopic photo booth, where attendees could be photographed and then given the Braindrops particle treatment.
The booth was made up of three slr cameras synced up on a rig and fired at the same time, feeding images to a Photoshop workflow that applied the Braindrops treatment, adding the particla animation and branding to the images, before outputting them as gifs. The resulting gifs were then uploaded to Braindrops.guru.
