This set of photos were the start of my fascination with artificial lights set to the backdrop of a night sky. I didn't quite realize that until I started the editing process that my style was drawn towards a cinematic approach; I was just taking photos of anything that intrigued me.
All of my photographs were taken in Orlando, Florida where I grew up. There's something beautiful about familiar places. It's like I get to share how I see my hometown.
