In 2023, the NRL introduced the Dolphins as the competition's 17th team. With their introduction as a competitor in the Brisbane market we looked to strengthen our brand position with the 'Heart of Brisbane' campaign.

As a part of this brand position, we decided to add a Brisbane City Jersey as an alternate kit for the 2023 season and I was given the privilege of designing it.

With inspiration from Brisbane sunsets, the pink and purple of Jacarandas as well as the city skyline, below is what I created along with the social launch assets and photography from the game it was debuted in.

The jersey was debuted in the inaugural game between the Broncos and the Dolphins at Suncorp Stadium and I was fortunate enough to be able to photograph some of it.
