Artist's Note

- 색과춤을 "취하라”-

자신의 일에 취하고, 자신의 용기에 취하고, 자신의 사랑에 취하고,

자신의 삶에 취하고 인간은 각자 삶의 의미와 가치를 찾아가며 살아가는 듯하다.

그렇게 취하는 모습들의 색과 아우라를 좀 더 깊이 있게 표현하려 노력했으며 지금도 노력 중이다.

직관적 감각의 초점을 염두에 두고 여전사와 전사의 구분 없이 각자의 개성 있는 취한 모습을 아우라로 표현하고 싶었다.

당연시되는 것들을 당연시하지 않으려 시각의 왜곡과 시선의 판단들을 파기하려 했으나 소통의 부재를 원치 않아 좀 더 구상적인 면을 강조하였고 인위적 계획 보다 자연스러운 드로잉을 강조해 보았다.

각자의 바쁜 시간이 있음에도 인연의 소중함을 깨닫게 해준 모델분들께 심심한 감사의 인사를 드려본다.

Dance & Color “Get Drunk”

Get drunk on your work, get drunk on your courage
Get drunk on your love, get drunk on your life

Each human being seems to live looking for the meaning and value of his or her life.
I have pursued to express the colors and aura of the images of those becoming ‘drunk’ in more depth, and I am still striving to do so.

Having the focus on the intuitive sense in mind, I wanted to express each person's unique image of being ‘drunk’ in an aura without distinction between female and male warriors.

In order to not take what can be taken for granted, I tried to strip away the distortion of viewpoint and judgments of visual perception, but I stressed a more concrete aspect because I did not want any lack of communication. I emphasized natural drawing rather than artificial planning.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the models who helped me realize the importance of relations despite their strenuous schedules.
