OUR ROLE
Design ceramic heater panels & CMF

For this project, our role is to support the De'Longhi design team in developing the concept for ceramic heater panels. This heater panel is the core of the overall concept that identifies the main characteristic of this design language. The project scope included pattern variations, refined design details for making the product cohesive, and a CMF plan.

CHALLENGE
Optimize the air-flow through meaningful pattern

In this design process, we have explored many different patterns and concepts to optimize the heating airflow of this portable ceramic heater. We called the final chosen pattern "Flame" which was inspired by the movement of the flame, this pattern creates a sense of illusion that makes the heating source become an attractive feature of the heater.

OUTCOME
Dynamic, low power consumption

De'Longhi Capsule Desk Loop is aim to warm up your desk with low power consumption by great airflow of the recycled plastic panel pattern we designed. The whole project made a new standard of De'Longhi products that must be sustainable, eco-friendly with modern style.
