The low-rise apartment project in Meiningen, Germany was conceived and planned in June 2021, and TeamVN started working it in February 2022. As a complex of 4 houses, with 3 typical designs, house A1 has 5 apartments, house A2 has 5 apartments and house B has 5 apartments.
House A1 and A2 have 5 apartments with 3 floors above ground and 1 basement, flat roof. Each apartment has a private balcony, the penthouse has a terrace. The construction land area is 17x14m. The house is equipped with an elevator and a staircase. In terms of architectural design, House A1 and A2 only different in the layout of the basement floor due to different house orientations.
House B is designed with 5 apartments with 2 floors above ground, 1 attic floor and 1 basement, with a 40 degree sloped roof. Each apartment has its own balcony. The apartment on the attic floor does not have a balcony. The construction area is 10x10m. Only stairs are available, House B is not equipped with an elevator.
Total land area is 2542,8 m2
The houses will be built on plots of land 4, 5, 12, 13
The ceiling and floor are cast in reinforced concrete, with isolation layers to help insulate and prevent noise. Walls use "sand-lime brick" silicate bricks with isolation layers in the middle to insulate.
