The following video is the summary of an instant messaging application integrated with Meta using WhatsApp Business API and Zoho CRM to manage a company's conversations. This application has queue management, advisor management, use of opening hours and automatic response, management of templates for their creation, preview, editing and deletion of the same, visualization of the conversations that have been managed and those that are on hold.
This development was carried out completely with NodeJS and the use of MySQL, as it is integrated with Zoho CRM there are configurations made directly in this system that contain algorithms in Deluge (Zoho's own language).
This is a short film about a web application that I created as a website and internal system for inventory management of a brickyard, it has different modules in its system that can be accessed with a username and password, it is a developer purely in PHP, Javascript and the use of MySQL.
