"Bundle of Memories"
"Bundle of Memories" is a collection of photos I have captured of what has become my home for the past two years. There is much more to Pécs, but I would say that these are the most popular landmarks of the city center. For a fact, I know that no matter where I go next in life, there will always be a special place in my heart reserved for the Hungarian city of Pécs. Each corner of it holds a sweet memory and each spot has shaped my journey as an international student here.
Here is a guided tour in the city of beautiful sunsets..
Tettye, Pécs, Hungary - December 2023
A typical downtown tour in Pécs would start from Széchenyi square,
which is the main square of the city.

On your way, you can spot the Hunaydi statue from afar, or the Horse statue as I like to call it. This tourist attraction is usually the reference point for my meet-ups with friends in Pécs. Close to it, you can find the dome of a former mosque, which has now become a church.
From there, you can either follow the signs or follow your heart.

Either will lead you to Pécsi Bazilika, which is the most popular cathedral in Pécs and which you can enter for a small fee.

Drifting back to the city center is possible with scooters that are present in most places.
