Key Features:
Easy adjustment side guide boards in double sides, that can control the side error in 0.5 mm.
Photocell Eye:
The machine comes with front and back photocell eyes, that can control the two sides sheet deliver at same time.
Front Lay:
Automatic front lay system that can control paper sheet feed, and make sure the front error in 0.2 mm.
Registration Roller:
The diameter is 320 mm, and there are three stands in side. The thickness of roller is 25 mm.
Solid Press Roll:
Big diameter press roller in 145 mm diameter, 4 pieces to make the laminating effect.
Rubber Roller:
The rubber roller is abrasion proof and corrosion resistant. Hydraulic system to control the laminating pressure.
Our machine adopts cylindrical roller bearing, that makes the machine run in steady state.
