When I was a youngster my Grandad would tell me his stories of a pixie and his animal friends. My grandfather died in 1988 so my drawing of Pixie has been a long time in coming.

I’m piecing together my memories (and what my sisters remember) of those stories with the aim of creating some illustrated stories.

 

I have drawn the character before but this time I've decided to simplify him - flatter colour, less detail, fewer shapes.
