    我們從台灣熱炒店中,選出代表台灣味的100道熱炒料理。
    以「食物掃描」為主視覺,搭配菜色中食材的插畫,或許我們再加上一點攝影,吸引讀者想翻閱這本熱炒書籍,透過視覺的呈現搭配書中的簡約的設計編排,整本書看起不只是介紹熱炒,讓我們尋找屬於台灣的100道熱炒味道。
    書中以「食物掃描」為主進行設計編排,主要目的是解決外地觀光客點熱炒菜色同時也可以了解菜色中的食材,其中以國外遊客點菜同時有宗教禁忌,例如回教不吃豬肉,其實麻婆豆腐中是有豬絞肉的,透過這本書籍了解到哪種食材是我們可以避免的。
     
     
    Attractions of Stir-fries
    We chose one hundred representative stir-fried dishes of Taiwan. 
    The book has ‘’ Food Scanning’’ as the main visualization. It attracts readers with ingredient illustrations and maybe some photographs. With simple layout and some pictures, the book not only introduces about stir-fries but also help us to find out one hundred local flavors of Taiwan. 
    We design the book with ‘’ Food Scanning’’ . The main idea is to help tourists understand the ingredients each stir-fried dishes.There are some religious taboos when foreigners are ordering the dishes, take Islam for example, they don’t eat pork. And because ‘’Mapo Tofu ’’ has ground pork inside, we would like it to be avoided through this book.
