I made a poster and CD album of The Cardigans - In the Afternoon. The Cardigans are a Swedish rock band formed in Sweden. I chose The Cardigan's song basically it has a unique tone and has a profound meaning in the lyrics. Also I want to combine this unique song with unique design so I've been inspired by Shigeo Fukuda, a famous graphic design from Japan. He became famous because of his optical illusion and surrealism but I would not use an optical illusion to my design in this time.

CD ALBUM
I made a poster and CD album of Iwan Fals. Iwan Fals is an Indonesian singer and songwriter. Time magazine named him as a Great Asian Hero. I chose him because I'm a big fan on his lyrics, which have frequently been in the protest song genre for politic in Indonesia. Then, I chose Wolfgang Weigart style to combine with his song. Weingart is an internationally known graphic designer and typographer. His work is categorized as Swiss typography and he is credited as "the father" of New Wave or Swiss Punk typography. I think that they have the same style about breaking the rules. :)
