The purpose of these videos was to encourage the viewer to get to know the service being presented through a short story. In the video, the character will be presented with problems and how the service will help find possible solutions to them.
When developing these videos, it was important to:
- a consistent plot with potential problems for the main character, which he successfully solves;
- the character’s emotions, his feelings about problems on his way to the goal;
- listing benefits of the service that will help the main character.

The presence of details and complex compositions allows to fully reveal the plot of the video and helps the motion designer create dynamic animations that won’t let the viewer get bored!
A lot of effort was focused on the emotions of the main characters.
For example, when looking at the face of the character in the first video you can clearly see: delight, wariness, disappointment, annoyance, surprise, interest.
The meticulous work of the animator and illustrator on the facial expressions of the characters makes them more “alive” and filled with human-like emotions, so the viewer has a desire to empathize with them, and therefore become involved in the problems of the video, in the story about the service and what it can provide.
