Mother Elephant gets shot but hunters and Abeba while escaping gets separated from the herd.

A sad Abeba finds solace whilst befriending a butterfly.

She reaches a small pond near by , takes a dip in it. She gets tired and takes a nap
Page 5
She wakes up and hears the sound of a herd nearby .
She runs towards the sound but finds herself getting stuck in mud.
Page 6
As she continues to struggle in the mud she sees the trees nearby part.
She notices her herd and her Mother. Her Mother pulls her out of the mud and
tells her that she managed to escape the hunters.
