This was a project undertaken for a local Kenyan foods import and distribution business that sought to enter the Kenyan dairy milk retail supply business. I was tasked to carry out an in-depth consumer competitor analysis and discern nuances that the business would exploit whilst launching the retail milk distribution and supply model to Kenyan supermarkets, Grocery stores, and urban-to-rural retail stores/shops. In carrying out my market research, I was able to create a bespoke packaging identity that was nestled under an approved trading name, Milky Lane
