‘The CasCada’…..A house which is cascading down over the sloping site while creating green pockets to give maximum comfort throughout the day. The narrow site was an opportunity rather than a challenge to create more personalized spaces for the client. Fitting to minimum space requirements was a key aspect to reduce the material quantity, cost but keeping the quality of a ‘home’ as shown in the visualizations.
