Seamless Repeat Pattern 38

Hello! A hearty welcome to my Surface Pattern Design project. When I feel quite satisfied with the overall motif arrangement of a pattern, for the next step I run it through a few color palettes. Here sharing the most compatible color variations – sorted out from the recoloring process. Compatible in that sense is as a whole, it reflects a cohesive look.

This project includes a pattern in which 'Euphorbia Milli' cactus branch as motif aka star of the pattern. In a thin stripped grid in the bottom layer, with lots of negative space - my attempt to keep the branch in the spotlight. Inspired and traced from a photo of my pet plant.

I really love the 2 petals, vibrant red flowers of this plant. My first ever successful pet plant. Rather than plain cactus, I prefer the flowery ones. And this one is awesome. Flowers keep blooming all around the years. No matter what season is going on the weather, it loves to radiate its spring mood.

- The one that I have started using to type my name. My cursive letters - can’t claim high praise about their visual appeal. On a font hunting session among many, found this script font. It has everything that I was looking for. Thanks to ‘Robert Leuschke’ for making this font available. It’s incredible!!

Curious type enthusiasts may check out his other fonts as well. He has quite a handful ones available. Here’s a direct link to his corner: https://fonts.google.com/?query=Robert+Leuschke
Don’t get me wrong. I understand the purpose of setting patterns on product mock-ups for visualization. It certainly has its own place in presentation. However, I love seeing pattern as a single spread too. They are like open ended questions that triggers imagination. Not sure if it’s only me or there exist others who might find it interesting as well!

Loving what you see? Please, take a moment to appreciate. Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section. I would also like you to consider following my profile, joining me in my pattern design adventure ❤❤
