So, I’m drawing again for the Romance Club. Like last time, I’m drawing my favorite character from the short story “Sails in the Fog.”

I sent it to the competition with this text:

“On Christmas Eve, Adelaide received a bird with a letter from her parents. For a year now she has been wandering the seas, staying in port taverns... and missing home.

Her parents' kind words made her feel less lonely and gave her hope that they would meet soon."
