Water Fountains - Photobook

WATER FOUNTAINS
A photo book by Karabo Mdluli
So, after what feels like an eternity of wrestling with pixels, fonts, and a never-ending coffee supply, I've birthed the brainchild I affectionately call "Water Fountains."

Picture this: it's a photobook, not just any photobook – my magnum opus, a creation I've been birthing for what seems like a geological era. The title, is a nod to the genius Gordan Parks, particularly a snap of a family standing around two water fountains. Now, it's not just about literal fountains; it's also my profound acknowledgement of where my creative juices flow from – kind of like tapping into the celestial WiFi of artistic inspiration.

The name has a dual life, like the best superheroes or your favourite pair of jeans. It's a splash of reverence for the Bible verse – John 7:38: Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.’” – a poetic nod to the deep currents where creativity swims.

A mammoth shoutout and a standing ovation to everyone who played a part in this wild journey. You guys are the unsung heroes behind the scenes, the mixers of metaphorical paint, and the cheerleaders who drowned out the doubtful whispers. Thanks for making "Water Fountains" not just a project but a liquid masterpiece of creative conquest!
