Ripley's Aquarium (Myrtle Beach) partnered with us (Coastal Outdoor) to create a one of a kind campaign to roll out there new exhibit for the spring & summer of 2014. Hammer Media developed the Swarm logo for Ripley's & then we developed a campaign based on the provided logo. Ripley's Swarm exhibit is designed to educate on the behaviors of swarming lifeforms, specifically Halloween Crabs, Leaf Cutting Ants & Jellyfish. With all these elements we felt the best execution would be to mimic the look and feel of a 1950's B horror movie poster. 
We took the process back to old school techniques, hand drawing the creatures to get the desired effect.
Then we illustrated the creatures in acrylic.
We then developed copy for each design using repetitive descriptive adjectives reinforced with of alliteration, leading up to the "call to action" See it. In order to follow through with the concept the copy lines were hand lettered too.
The traditional static outdoor was the largest portion of the campaign.
