The gentleman with the cigar (cover photo) is the late Charlie Walker. Mr. Walker was a well known radio personality whose most infamous moment came when he said something to a woman about her 'ass' was tied up around the back. I believe his remark occurred in the 1950s and lead to his being censured by the FCC.

Mr. Walker passed away in 2010 and the photo was front page with an article titled "Farewell Charlie."
