This is my 3d Modeling and Texturing work based on the private transport buses in Kerala. I had used Autodesk Maya for the modeling and uv mapping. The texture was painted in Adobe Photoshop. This bus model 'Tata 1510' is very popular and regularly seen in India ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tata_1510/1512 )

My visual fascination with the private bus transportation in Kerala prompted me to create this work. These buses would be colourful and graphically vibrant unlike the uniform colours of public transportation.

The destination written on the name board is 'Vadakara - NH - Thalassery' implying that the bus runs from vadakara to thalassery via the national highway.

My idea was to create a 'dusty and rusty' feel to the bus, hence the 'dirty' look of the textures.

This bus was used earlier in my 3d Demoreel ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e77Hst8ug4w ) Afterwards, I had done few corrections and edited few details.
