Sinfonia is a powerful SaaS solution designed to centralize requirements necessary for efficient execution by human or human-AI product teams. Sinfonia delivers on our commitment to accelerating time to market by enabling software teams to have product requirements documented, organized, and easily accessible.
During the project Sinfonia, we conducted research on users from all over the world through remote interviews with the targets identified in the planning phase. We also carried out remote analyses and tests to validate all the features and ensure that they met the stakeholders' vision.
All the designs were created based on the flow diagrams that had been previously discussed with the development and designer teams.
The Sinfonia project was meticulously documented in Confluence, covering all stages, including research, user stories, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. This documentation will not only serve as a valuable reference for future development but also as a foundation for building upon the project's successes and learnings.
