In April 2011, Ireland's leading energy supplier, ESB, introduced their new brand name, Electric Ireland. At this time Electric Ireland also introduced a Gas offering for the first time. With Arekibo Digital I worked alongside key stakeholders within ESB to help deliver the online solution for the rebrand and structured the Information Architecture and Content Strategy. I also led the User Research and Experience for their 'Switch' offering.
