Master's thesis on the topic: "Improving the methods of supply of material and technical resources to a construction site.
Relevance.
 Construction is one of the most material-intensive industries. In addition, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of organizing logistics for long-term production, in particular
construction
In modern construction production, difficulties often arise due to the problems of planning and implementing the supply of material and technical resources. The most acute problem is the logistical and financial regulation of production:
- selection of potential suppliers based on the analysis of their geographical characteristics, as well as
technical, production and financial capabilities;
- accounting and control over the execution of deliveries.
- creation of a database of selected and potential suppliers to store their characteristics and nomenclature of supplied materials;
- optimal redistribution of available working capital between different facilities in
case of a shortage;
- optimal inventory management;
- optimal management of the delivery of material resources of the construction company as a whole and for
each object under construction separately;
- rescheduling supplies in case of a threat of disruptions and non-fulfillment by suppliers of their
obligations.
These tasks can be accomplished by equipping the supply department and other members of the company
with software that will enable work producers and site managers to order
what is planned and monitor the availability of materials on the construction site.

To date, there are a number of procurement methods:
• Traditional, based on the principle of stock storage.
• The kanban method was developed in Japan for the purpose of supply management in a
production-line environment. It takes into account the need that comes from the final point of production.
• The "just-in-time" method, which dramatically reduces accumulated stocks as a result of frequent (fractional) deliveries
• The method of predictive indicators: the demand for large batches of purchases is formed at a certain
level, and then a specific volume of supplies is adjusted in accordance with demand.
• Electronic information method: orders are sent via a common computer network
of the customer and the supplier.

Hypothesis. The software can optimize the methods of supplying
material and technical resources to a construction site
Scientific novelty. Advanced digital
solutions for optimizing logistics and routing the supply of material
and technical resources to the construction site will be researched and implemented.
Theoretical significance. Expansion and specification of knowledge about methods
of supply of material and technical resources
Practical significance. The results of the master's thesis can be
practically used in construction production, since optimization
The methods of supply of material and technical resources will reduce
the construction time and improve the quality of the final product.

The purpose of the work. Optimization of methods of supply of material
and technical resources to the construction site
Tasks:
1. To study the existing methods of supply of material and technical
resources to the construction site.

The object of the study is the supply system of material and technical resources for a construction site
The subject of the study is the improvement of methods and optimization
of processes for the supply of material and technical resources to a construction
site
When solving tasks, the following are used:
• Methods of theoretical research (analysis, synthesis);
