Sebas's Song Showcase
Welcome! This is a collection of some of the songs I've made up to this point either for game projects, or for myself. Thanks for stopping by, enjoy!

For now, I'll only feature some of my more recent pieces, as I have to remake a lot of older compositions of my rock and metal back catalogue - we were recording with Rock Band mics back then (seriously). So those are coming soon!
"Bending" - 2015
An indulging Progressive House track I made back in the peak of EDM music's popularity, 2015.

Probably the song of this type I'm most proud of, compositionally wise. I made this in 2015, when my mixing abilities where much more limited.
Still, I think the composition is really good and hope you will enjoy it.

You can tell this is an EDM track made by a prog rock kid, the melodies are elaborate and the main hook isn't in until almost the end.

The mixing is pretty rough, please do consider I made this almost 10 years ago.
I did leave in a piano part I don't like at the beggining, and the project is now forever lost, so it will forever haunt me as well.
"Ettios Theme" - 2023
I made this song as the Main Theme for a WebGL space game, "ETTIOS GAME".

I was going for a melacholic but still uplifting vibe, and I think it came out pretty well.

This song is hugely influenced by Marty O'donell's various piano pieces for the Halo soundtracks, as well as Dream Theater, because for some reason I included a complex buildup that resolves really well into the main section of the song.
"Ice Level Theme" - 2020
A song I made for an Ice level that I also designed and implemented, back in 2020 for a Mobile/Web Advergame that is no longer available called "Niko".

My mindset was to make a Megaman style song, with a mix of chiptune and modern sounding instruments. Also a good measure of prog influence, as I'm sure it's becoming evident by now.

For this game I made sure to include a variation of the game's leitmotif in every song, and I'm specially happy for how this one turned out.
"Space Song" - 2020
Also for the same game, this song starts with "a pretty unsettling space synth" intro and then gives way to a deep house electronic track that I'm quite happy with.

I went REALLY hard on the bass on this song by the end. Too much to be honest but was fun.
"Niko Main Theme" - 2020
Another Main Theme for a game, this was probably the first time I set out to do something quite outside of my usual tastes: a simple song.

But I did come up with a pretty memorable bassline that ended up being the vibe of the songs for that whole game. It's like kinda basic but it's also way catchier than it should be.
"Factory Song" - 2020
Probably the most "generic game song" I ever made. But it's ok I guess. One of the songs of mine I like the least. But, saving it here for posterity.
"Niko Menu Theme" - 2020
We needed a song for the Main Menu and we didn't have enough time to do much. It was a kid's gamel, so I decided to make a sequel song to "Niko Main Theme", but in a major key. So it sounds super corny.

I am a sworn enemy of the major scale.
"Niko Main Theme (Alt)" - 2020
A cooler, edgier variant of "Niko Main theme" made instead of a new song for a level due to time constraints.

I like it. I like weird stuff.
BONUS
Old Stuff! I need to remake them! But they deserve a place here.
"Perdiendo" by Rocket Pobres - 2014
This is legit a good "Rock Argentino" style song. It's like a perfectly sellable single. We need to remake this. And we recorded this with guitar hero mics and audacity while we were in high school. So cut some slack, will ya?

It all started when I came up with the main arpeggio that makes the foundation of the song. The rest was born from that.

It has the most low effort guitar solo I ever came up with, and I hate that it works so well. It shouldn't.
