My first output using Cinema 4D, post-processed in After Effects.
Process: The breakdown effect was made in C4D using Voronoi fracture, and by tweaking the attributes, I was able to make the inside faces glow without affecting the whole object. I also separated the material luminance pass for greater control and flexibility in AE. For the post-process, it's full of happy accidents resulted by playing with different combination of effects.
