The work has developed a boarding school for the elderly in Novosibirsk for 198 places. On the territory of the boarding school, zones for active recreation and sports, gardening and gardening zones have been developed, ponds for fishing are provided, and most of the entire space is occupied by a walking area and a recreation area in gazebos. There is also a chapel for prayers and a funeral hall on the territory.
The boarding house for the elderly is divided into several blocks: residential blocks, a sports block, a sauna complex, a power supply unit, an occupational therapy unit, a leisure block, an entrance area and an administrative block, a medical block. All blocks are connected by a unique public space on the ground floor. Above the public space there is a greened exploited roof. It has one underground technical floor, one public, technical floor and three residential floors.
The sports block has a gym and a physical therapy room. The sauna block has a swimming pool, a salt room, two hammam, a Finnish sauna and a Russian bath, as well as places for therapeutic massage. The power supply unit has a dining room with 198 seats and a kitchen with all necessary facilities. In the occupational therapy unit, elderly people do their favorite things, make, knit, sew, embroider, paint, sing and play musical instruments. In the leisure block there is an auditorium for watching performances and movies, there is a reading room and a computer area. The entrance area is ready to receive new guests, and the administration ensures proper care for the elderly. The medical unit includes both general specialists and specialized ones necessary to maintain the health of grandparents. The residential blocks are located above the public ones and are separated from the public ones by a technical floor. The residential block has 11 rooms on each floor, 4 of which are designed for the MGN, there is a kitchen-pantry, a multipurpose room, a sanitary room, a nurse and a nurse on duty, and a MGN security zone is provided on each floor.
The constructive solution of the boarding school is a frame-link frame, monolithic columns and crossbars, prefabricated floor slabs. The attic roof is above the five-storey part. The foundation is slab. The walls are made of monolithic columns with brick filling, insulation and plaster. Decorative elements made of wooden slats.
The project is designed in such a way that the blocks can change their function and location depending on the requirements. The developed final qualification work meets all the requirements of fire safety and the requirements of the MGN.
