Description
The plot of land for a settlement with an area of 80.8 hectares is located in the Borovsky village council of the Novosibirsk region, Russian Federation.
The architectural and planning solution takes into account as much as possible the system of the existing transport and road network, the specifics of the existing functional zoning of the territories adjacent to the site, the radii of social services and the preservation of natural tracts of green space in a unified landscaping system.
The analysis of the existing state and its correlation with the project proposal is shown in the following diagrams: functional zoning; transport and pedestrian connections; service radii; green territories zoning.
In addition to developing an architectural and planning solution, the main types of residential building are shown on the pictures. Standard designs were used for buildings and structures for public and social purposes.
The goal of this project is to create a competent architectural and planning solution that takes into account the needs of the estimated number of residents and adequately meets modern standards.
