Cat, Crown, Frame Composite Project
I remember I thought hard about the colors in the frame and in the background, but settled on colors that reflected and matched the crown's jewels nicely. A turquoise of some sort and a reddish color. If I were to do this project again, personally, would have added a shadow to the cat's head from the crown and added fur to be sticking up in front of the crown as well to show that it is sitting on the head. Like in the reference picture we were given, the cat's crown looks kind of like a sticker pasted on it and not like it's actually being worn.
