Aloha!
Ari's poke is a Hawaiian restaurant with "Poh-key" verb which means to slice into cubes, it is the local technique used and which has now traveled more than 10,000km to settle in Paris. I am in charge of the graphic design through its logo. I will briefly present to you the stages of research I went through.
