Observing Sea Objects

For the first two drawings I used HB, 6B and mechanical pencil for detailing.
Some details.
I focused in the objects and played a little with light and shadow so it would get more interesting.
Bottle of shells.
Some details.
For this one I used watercolor pencils and a white posca for the lights on the surface and object.
Some Details.
Pointilism is fun, it also tests your patience, this and the next drawing were done with ink pen.
Some Details.
I used a black tombow for this one as well.
As much as it is an observational drawing, I wanted to play with the golden ratio, as it is a relevant concept for the subject. It is not perfect, for mutations and imperfection happens a lot in nature, but the proportion on the rectangle is consistent in it's own, if you consider rectangles descending in size.
Some Details.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing it as much as I did doing it.

Thank you!

Observing Sea Objects

This was done as an university project for my observational classes, I themed it with shell and other objects from the sea.
