CURRENCY DESIGN
The golds and purpose of the Currency Design project was to create a state US currency bill. Using 5-dollar and 20-dollar bills with the state that was chosen. With the research of my state “Rhode Island,” I was able to create a currency bill. The history of Rhode Island and the state fly was my inspiration for my design. I found artwork in my research of Rhode Island and all things that are histories. I incorporate the artwork into patterns for my $5 bill and $20 bill. I also chose my colors based on the state fly and artwork from Rhode Island. The tools that were used to create my currency bill image trace, swatches for my patterns, star tool, and rectangle tool. That’s how I create my State US currency bills.
