Colebrook Foot Clinic Website Redesign👨⚕️👣
As a UX/UI designer, I had the opportunity to work with the Arkscreen marketing founder to improve the design of their client's existing website design of a private podiatry clinic.
Problem:
The existing website does not capture the essence of the company and fails to provide potential clients with all the necessary information, which results in a lower booking rate.
Solution:
The solution involves a comprehensive redesign, incorporating insights from competitive research, intuitive service classification, enriched UX writing and enhanced styling.
Objective:
An engaging online presence that effectively showcases the clinic's offering and is attractive to the higher number of users.
Research
Competitive analysis
Analysis of direct competitors based on nearby location and 5-star leading Trust Pilot clinics in the UK.
Stakeholders Interview
Based on selective Brief questions prepared.

Content Audit
-An inconsistency between the services listed on the booking page and on the website
-Lacking testimonials, certificates, business hours, and an about us section
Survey
The survey, which focused on participants across England including Colebrook, approved concerns that the website may appear outdated and unappealing to many users.
Interview
The interview showed that users particularly did not love stock imaging, blue and grayscale photo colour correction, and a dark colour palette.
Also, they could not fully understand what stands for each type of service and agreed that they would greatly benefit from a listed clarification on a page.
Design
Fonts:
To enhance reading comfort, clean, sans-serif fonts in larger sizes with improved visual hierarchy have been applied.
Colours:
The color palette is enlivened with cleaner, more saturated shades, maintaining accessibility.
Layout:
Following modern design conventions, the layout incorporates additional air, which simplifies the perception.
Validation
Survey
The survey with a new version of a website showed improved results, with the vast majority of users describing it as modern, trustworthy, informative, and appealing.
Results
