Indonesia has a vast and diverse culture, We have many tribes and cultures exists in these archipelago, over ten of thousands different tribes and cultures available. 

 

Those beautiful culture, are passed down by our ancestors through artwork, yet is starting to diminish from time to time, because it is being neglected by the youth, and blamed the media exposure and education for this. 

 

Our idea is to pour the artwork into a wearable goods, that could appeal into the youth and mature people who has the influence toward their cultural preference. We opted the wood wedges out of love, and the most versatile medium for our sculpting.

THE EXECUTION

This wedges is made out of Mahogany wood, carved with cutter only (that's the sculptor preference for god knows why) by the Kota Toea Artists, a very well made piece.
