Movie Poster Behance!

The idea of this project is to create a movieposter using typography based methods. I chose to do the movie "the dark knight" and the poster is based off of batman catching the joker near the end of the movie.

1st round sketches (basic, just getting a lot of movies to think about)

2nd round sketches (getting a final idea down)

The process...

Step 1. Brainstorming different typogram font ideas

Step 2. Create the poster credits

Step 3. Make a blurry bat-signal for the background

Step 4. Put in batman and joker shiluottes

Step 5. Make the building for batman to be on (made up of different batman villain quotes and the dark knight title in a joker themed font all put in front of a dark grey rectangle)

Step 6. Finally clash all of the different elements together on a black background, to finish the final poster.

And finally, the final product...
