This project seeks to design a model for a sustainable and compact city, utilizing an architectural exploration laboratory to analyze various architectural projects of utopian cities. These are compared with a case study that addresses the challenges of rapid urban growth. The research reveals that neither of these two models (utopian and current) fully meets the requirements of both current and future societies. Therefore, the designed alternative incorporates outstanding design parameters into the layout of a city block, considering the city as being built on the scale of a neighborhood rather than a city.
