As we can see, our planet Earth contains a large percentage of water that covers its surface, and it also increases annually due to rising temperatures and the melting of ice.
If we move a little closer to Egypt, which is considered the country of the project, we will see that it contains the Red Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Nile River, that is, a large body of water that must be exploited, studied, and benefited from.

كما نري فان كوكبنا الارضي يحتوي علي نسبة كبيرة من الماء تغطي سطحه كمان انها تزداد سنويا بسبب ارتفاع درجة الحرارة وانصهار الجليد
واذا اقتربنا قليلا من مصر والتي تعتبر بلد المشروع سنراها تحتوي علي البحر الاحمر والبحر المتوسط ونهر النيل ،أي مسطح كبير من الماء يجب استغلاله و دراسته و الاستفادة منه.

If we continue approaching the Red Sea coast, we will find the new city of Galala, one of the fourth generation cities, which was chosen to establish the project due to its charming view of the Red Sea, distinguished by its beautiful waters, coral reefs, and various types of fish. The project location was chosen on the sea coast, next to other entertainment areas, highways, and Airstrip for easy access.
اذا تابعنا الاقتراب علي ساحل البحر الاحمر فسنجد مدينة الجلالة الجديدة،احدي مدن الجيل الرابع والتي تم اختيارها لانشاء المشروع عليها نظرا لاطلالتها الساحرة علي البحر الاحمر المتميز بالمياه الجميلة والشعب المرجانية وانواع الاسماك المختلفة وتم اختيار موقع المشروع علي ساحل البحر بجانب مناطق ترفيهية اخري وطرق سريعة و مهبط طائرات لسهولة الوصول
New Galala City is divided into two parts
A part above the Galala Plateau contains two universities, a mosque, factories, and residential areas
Another is at the bottom of the Galala Plateau and contains two hotels, a mall, a hospital, an aqua park, and villas.
The two parts are connected by a long mountain road and a cable car

تنقسم مدينة الجلالة الجديدة الي جزئين
جزء فوق هضبة الجلالة يحتوي علي جامعتين و مسجد و مصانع و مناطق سكنية
و اخر اسفل هضبة الجلالة و يحتوي علي فندقين و مول و مستشفي واكوا بارك و فيلل
و يربط بين الجزئين طريق جبلي طويل و تلفريك

The project consists of an educational part, which is a marine scientific academy
It contains 3 main blocks:
1 - The spiral block at the entrance contains administrative offices in the low-rise part, and departments of engineering, chemistry, and nautical physics in the high-rise part.
2 - A low-rise spiral block at the sea. This part represents the library to be acoustically isolated, and the block rises for the departments of marine geology and biology.
3- A hemispherical block in the middle that represents a scientific research center

يتكون المشروع من جزء تعليمي عبارة عن أكاديمية علمية بحرية
تحتوي علي ٣ كتل رئيسية :
١ - الكتلة الحلزونية عند المدخل تحتوي علي مكاتب ادارية في الجزء منخفض الارتفاع و اقسام هندسة وكيميا وفيزيا بحرية في الجزء عالي الارتفاع
٢ - كتلة حلزونية منخفضة الارتفاع عند البحر وهذا الجزء يمثل المكتبة لتكون معزولة صوتيا وترتفع الكتلة لاقسام جيولوجيا و بيولوجيا بحرية
٣ - كتلة نصف كروية في المنتصف وتمثل مركز ابحاث علمية

The research center mass resembles planet Earth whose nature research aims to understand

As for the other part of the project, which is a marine life museum
It is divided from the inside into exhibition areas in a spiral movement that connects visitors at the end of their journey to a bridge carried on columns in the shape of a dolphin and serves as the entrance to the planetarium.
At this point, visitors can determine their direction towards the open-air theatre, the hologram exhibition hall, or the cafeteria, and realize their location in the project.
Branching off from the museum block are fin-shaped blocks representing an administrative block towards the entrance, a mummification block, and a study block for marine biology, and in the middle there is a planetarium.

بالنسبة للجزء الاخر من المشروع و هو متحف احياء بحرية
فهو مقسم من الداخل لمناطق عرض في حركة حلزونية تصل بالزوار في نهاية رحلتهم الي كوبري محمول علي اعمدة علي شكل دولفين وتعمل كمدخل للقبة السماوية
ليحدد الزوار عند هذة النقطة اتجاههم الي المسرح المكشوف او قاعة عرض الهولوجرام او الكافتريا وليدركو موقعهم من المشروع

The main features of the project were made in the shape of boat sails and the shape of fins to suit the environment around them

صنعت المعالم الرئيسية للمشروع علي شكل اشرعة المراكب وشكل الزعانف لتناسب البيئة حولها
كما ان الكتل منحدرة لملائمة الشوارع الجبلية حولها

Note: Sea waste was used to make landmarks in the shape of marine creatures to express that getting rid of waste gives life to marine organisms.
ملحوظة : تم استخدام مخلفات البحر في صناعة معالم علي شكل الكائنات البحرية للتعبير عن ان التخلص من المخلفات يعطي حياه للكائنات البحرية
